Job Description:

We are seeking a UX Designer primarily focused on enhancing our user interfaces and guiding the evolution of our product offerings. While the core of this role is centered around UX design, the position also encompasses limited responsibilities in product development and technical support. This integration ensures our solutions uphold the highest standards of usability and performance. Additionally, this role provides a pathway to product management, facilitated by progressively greater engagement in project leadership and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process, from concept to execution, ensuring that all user interfaces are compelling and user-friendly.
• Design user-centric solutions for complex workflows and interfaces.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to align design objectives with business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and gather insights.
• Track user engagement and respond to feedback to drive continuous improvement of the product experience.
• Participate in product development meetings, providing design insights and advocating for the user.
• Provide occasional technical and QA related support as required
• Contribute to product strategy discussions, bringing a design perspective to product development planning.
• Produce product designs for marketing materials, presentations, and other external communications, ensuring the visual consistency and appeal of our products across all customer touchpoints

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Proficient with design tools, specifically, Figma.
• Experience in a role that includes troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and their implications effectively.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and conscientious.
• E-Commerce, technology background preferred
• Proficiency in Google G-Suite, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Experience collaborating with Agile development teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes with a willingness to stay updated.
• Ability to multitask and work with little or no supervision.
